Samsung Q1457AT Washing Machine: Error 3E After TNY254P Installation, PCB Schematic Needed

Hello, I would like to ask specialists from the forum for some tips for my case with the washing machine Samsung Q1457AT. Anticipating all cases with this error that were discussed were analyzed.
To introduce: for some time the washing machine unblocked and locked the door during washing, then resumed the washing itself, then in addition to this situation, error 13e began to appear and intensified, which prevented further washing.
After pulling out, plucking and analyzing the PCB I replaced the elements from the power supply section. After this procedure, the washing machine turns on but for programs with washing the display shows error 3E. The washing machine normally takes in water, and after a minute this error appears. The spin program works correctly at all revolutions. Now the question due to the lack of the TNY267PN system in place, I installed the TNY254P - is it because of this problem, or the causes should be looked elsewhere.
PS: does anyone have a PCB schematic because the forum is but quite different from my model because it is with the TMP86FS 49FG prock and I have STK 621-140b on the board
