    Hello
for some time I have a problem with the ad blue layout in Manie TGX from 2011

the filter / strainer on the hose is still clogged.
That's how it happened now, so the car came off and cleaned the cord + a new filter. In addition, the adblue tank was cleaned and cleaned.

Unfortunately, after connecting the computer, I can not start the venting procedure (the pump does not switch on at all)
This is certainly related to the saved error - 5018 pressure of the adblue medium, break or short circuit to ground - constant

The cables are unobstructed, the Adblue module is dismantled and all cables are in place and cleanly.
I replaced the relay and the pressure sensor (new BOSCH original) but unfortunately no effect.

    System pressure 0.00
    Temperature, adblue level all right.

It still has a constant error 5018 and does not even start the pump.

Does anyone have any idea or at least give a detailed description of this error? I have browsed various forums and I'm not sure what this error means.

    Thank you in advance

Try to start the pump not via the bleeding procedure only by starting the components. If you have no rpm in the values, then the pump will be replaced. Pumps are quite common.
If the turn will be, and does not generate pressure, you can try to regenerate the pump, although I personally do not recommend, it can also not hold the drain valve.

unfortunately I do not have a procedure for the pump itself.
When I'm bleeding, I have the refrigerant pressure parameter and it is 0.00 and the pump speed parameter, and also 0.00 (does not move) but how it turns over manually, the value changes.
After the ignition is turned, the pump "shakes" but immediately stops (does not even turn)

Hey. So the tank and cables ok, I would do it:
    1. The cable to the white filter disconnected and gave pressure to the tank - appears on the filter - approx. I connect, give a little pressure in the tank - I am sure that AdBlue is near the pump discharge port and disconnect the cable at the dispenser. And I start several times.
The dispenser in front of everything I put undressed for warm water for 20 minutes - in this situation, whether clean or crystallization appeared somewhere will not hurt.
Disconnect the battery for a moment when the pump does not want to move and delete this error - this error can also be after the CAN network.
Question - of course, listed 3 filters or only 2?
Please delete the error and turn off the MIL lamp.

    the wires are unobstructed.
I did so that I blew into the tank for unpinned and when the liquid leaked I plugged into the module, but unfortunately it did not help either.
Unfortunately, the error is permanent - active can not be deleted, disabling the current on the "helmet" also does not help (will try to disconnect the curse)

Tomorrow a new pump will be delivered (it will connect or start to test). If it is not as you write, I will pull out the dispenser will try to clean it.

    Hello
According to the MAN service manual, error 5018 indicates an electrical fault in the dispensing module. My advice to you is to measure the resistance of the solenoid coil (injector) of the adblue dispenser. It should be around 16 Ohm. In case you do not have to replace the entire dispenser, you can buy the electric part of the dispenser itself.

    Problem solved.

The new pump also did not "move".

It turned out that the error generates the injector (in the dispenser) - located on the right side of the engine.

I put a regular golf gasoline injector on trial :) . Resistance, shape and everything are identical.
The error went off even without erasing.

Ordered a new injector, the pump started and the system was bled.

Thank you very much for help.

I have heard that people have put on gasoline injectors. I wonder how it works in practice. The difference in price is significant

If the pump was started by starting the component, it should normally start and inflate.
"venting" as a test may actually require no active errors in the system.
It is important that it has been repaired.
    greetings :)

In the BOSCH system if there is a feeder fault, there are problems with communication and sometimes it is not possible to start components.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a MAN TGX 440 Euro 5 (2011 model) experiencing issues with the AdBlue system, specifically error 5018, which indicates a pressure fault in the AdBlue medium. The user has attempted various troubleshooting steps, including cleaning the AdBlue tank and replacing the pressure sensor and relay, but the pump remains inactive, showing a system pressure of 0.00. Suggestions from other users include checking the resistance of the injector solenoid, disconnecting the battery to reset errors, and testing the pump directly. Ultimately, the problem was resolved by replacing the injector in the dispenser, which allowed the pump to function and the system to be bled successfully.
