Hello, I have a problem with the mouse, I bought a MAD DOG GM300 mouse today. After connecting everything worked normally but I realized that the DPI button is damaged, so I went with the complaint and replaced it ... When I connected it to the computer, the laser began to flash and the mouse cursor does not move ... Is this a product fault? I tried to reset my computer to other USB ports but the laser from the mouse is still blinking ... Maybe someone will help? :D

Are other devices connected via USB ports working properly?

Can you connect to another computer? If not, replace it.

Your answer also adds nothing to this topic. As it was completed last year - I close.
