Hello. The TV shows up in the left corner the letters k + tv model and the letter w: 0. The factory settings do not reset this. How can this be removed? And what is it caused by? Tv works flawlessly, picture and sound.

Contact the service, they will do it to you. On other forums I looked and only for the site.
