    Hello.
I have a problem in my Sharp LC-32CHE5100E, namely I somehow turned on the yellow letter K on the TV, there are also letters W and zero (0) below and to the right of the letter K the model of the TV.
I have no idea how to turn it off. This is very annoying; I called the service, they gave me combinations of buttons but it did not help.
    PLEASE HELP QUICKLY!!!

Another name for the "Input" button is "Source".
After all, the TV has such a key.

Has anyone successfully done it and can explain it to a layman? I've seen many topics and tried this algorithm from one of the threads already, but it doesn't do anything. In addition, the TV has a high volume when turned on.

Hello Colleagues. In my case of such a TV, to turn off the letter K, it is enough to press the source button on the local keyboard while the TV is turned on and hold it for a moment power. The TV will turn off and when you turn it back on, the letter K no longer pops up. I have to enter the service mode myself and none of the ways described on the forum work, maybe someone knows a different way and will share their knowledge. I will add that I have two such TV sets, in both there are different matrices and other electronics.

This way doesn't work either. I will also add that when the TV is turned on, the volume is very high.

    This text helped me:
The employee then showed me how to do a real "reboot" of the TV. Restore factory settings in the menu, otherwise there is no real reboot.

First remove the antenna cables. Then turn on the TV. Use the remote control to bring up the menu (menu button on the remote control) and enter 1147. Then the service menu appears. There, directly select point 0 Init and execute with the right arrow key. The TV then turns off. Now reconnect the antenna cables. Now only the installation is carried out. Set the country language etc but set the LCN to OFF. Start your search.

Now I'm just in shock :not: finally I entered the SM and reset the TV (Sharp Aquos LC-40CFE4042E) where before it searched for at least 6 channels with poor reception and now it did not search for channels at all. Help, I don't know what to do anymore 8-O
