[Solved] Chromecast Audio Alternatives: Technics SA-GX230, Windows 10 Laptop, Android Smartphone Connection

I would like to wirelessly connect the old tower (Technics SA-GX230) with laptop (Windows 10), smartphone (Android).
The first thought is of course Chromecast Audio, but:
1). no new version of the device has appeared for 2 years, which is a whole era in the world of mobile devices. Does Google still release any updates / patches?
2). Are there any alternatives to Chromecast Audio for up to PLN 200? I do not consider importing equipment from China through Alibaba, but Amazon (German) may already be. Polish Alle website ... can also be.

But I'm not sure if this is better than ChA. However, Chromecast is a standard nowadays. Maybe there is no newer version but what to improve there ...
I personally lack support for infrared remote control even from the tower - e.g. AppleTV you can learn commands from any remote control.
I am thinking about Chromecast Audio for my brother because I have small equipment with built-in Spotify Connect and that's enough for me.
And this - AudioCast 5 does not really support Spotify - something somewhere flashed on the network

I am also thinking about Chromecast audio - I wanted to use an approx. 10-year-old Yamaha home cinema receiver to:
- listen to some internet radio on it - e.g. TuneIn,
- play music from mp3 from phone and preferably pendrive ...

I assume that Chromecast audio will handle me TuneIn and like a regular Chromecast will turn off the phones during listening (the phone is only a remote control)?
Unfortunately, with the help of Chromecast audio, I will probably not be able to play mp3 files from a pendrive ... does anyone know an alternative to Chromecast, to which I will be able to plug the pendrive, on the phone choose the mp3 files to play and then even turn off the phone while still enjoying playing music stick?
Ew. Does chromecast audio allow you to send some mp3 files from the phone to be played, but so that the phone can be turned off while they are playing?

As for the files, I do not know if you do not need us or a router with space for a pendrive (I had Fritz! 4040 and had such functionality)

I think so or better to buy Chromecast 2 (the one with HDMI to TV) and connect it to an HDMI adapter -> VGA + audio (e.g. from this cord )?
Then we connect VGA to the TV, and audio can be connected to the tower and, as a result, we can both watch movies from the network and listen to music without TV.

Hmmm, Elektroda is asking to describe the solution to the problem and close the thread. For me, I ended up buying Chromecast Audio. Connected to the VCR1 input socket. The game is fun, sounds fun. Unfortunately, the price of this "toy" was not cool ~ PLN 140. A plus is the reactivation of the old tower with good columns.
