Hello, I am asking for help !!! I have a problem with the Lenovo laptop, the little letter has stopped working, all others are working. It works only as I push my capslock and shift + ctrl + e. It is very frustrating, especially since it writes a lot of emails and the procedure slows down the writing very much 
I followed the discussions in the thread dealing with this problem but I do not completely understand what to do. I have windows 10, I entered the name: tasklist / svc in the place at the bottom of the search screen (with a magnifying glass) and after accepting appeared on the screen half of the screen with flying subtitles and after about 1 second it disappeared. Could someone lead me like an illiterate step by step?
