I have this problem - this is the second time, but the problem somehow disappeared.
When I press alt+l in the text entry fields, nothing happens and I should enter "ł", but if I press shift+alt+l, I enter "Ł" (capital letter) normally, and vice versa - if I switch to writing in capital letters letters (caps lock), you can't type a capital "Ł" but a lower case one works normally - shift+alt+L - that's how I type it
. I will add that this is a laptop, my friend has the same problem with another laptop, other Polish letters work properly with alt (programmer's Polish keyboard set). In safe mode, the keyboard works fine. Windows XP prof... system does not work properly, only "ł".
