I have NC + pre-paid. 250GB Nbox decoder, offer PLN 19.90 / month, I pay in every quarter. A new offer has now appeared.
It appeared on the screen in the form of an advertisement: send an SMS, activate the Comfort + package.

I glanced at the package and it's quite interesting. I would like to change the offer but I don't know how. It is impossible to call the service office. Yesterday I waited 49 minutes. and I forgave myself. Today 35 minutes and nothing. Laughter in the room and that's it, and they do not answer e-mail inquiries. I sent 5 e-mails from nc +, 5 days passed and silence.

From what I can see in the offer for PLN 180, there is a Pace 500GB decoder.

The Comfort + package is an additional package that serves as the basic package.
Additional package for what ??
This entry means that I must already have a package for COMFORT + to be called ADDITIONAL, right? So how is it a BASIC package?
This COMFORT + as an ADDITION is an ADDITION to what ???

I am trying to find a catch from the previous tariffs where to have a package for PLN 29.99 you had to sit down and the previous one for PLN 19.99 and pay both.

Is it the same in this case?
BASIC package (PLN 19.99) + COMFORT package (PLN 39.99) = PLN 60 / month
or maybe PLN 39.99 / month with a fee for 5 months?

Next case. A message was displayed on the NBOX screen to send an SMS with the text START to the appropriate number and the COMFORT + package will be activated.
How exactly will this be done?
I have 2 more months paid there, i.e. for 2 more months from October 6th, I can check the package for PLN 19.90 which I activated 3 years ago.

Is it really possible to activate it on this old NBOX?
I am asking on the forum because there is no chance of reaching the Customer Service Center.

I know that this is an offer prepared only to get rid of old equipment from NC +. Since February, I have been writing dozens of e-mails to NC + with "baying", such as "offer dumb", "szajs offer", "junk offer". I wrote this due to the fact that what was in the NC + card for PLN 19.99 / month was free of charge on the ground. I do not count TVNTurbo, Discovery and all those DOMO + similar because you first have to leave the closed ward to watch all these reruns later. The current offer for 39.90 didn't appear until October 2 or 5. Apparently someone finally took it all seriously. There is, however, a small but. This price.
39.90 is too expensive. It should be 29.90 and then it would be even ok. Stations that are there + disk will be enough for older people. In the package for 19.90 I only missed a few additional Travel, National G. and Discovery because they all have non-stop reruns, so to watch something new from time to time you need to have all the stations.
As for contact with NC +, there is no chance. NC + only advertises this service but washes its paws off it. The entity responsible is Cyfrowy Dom Sp. Z o. O. They have the same headquarters but still a separate fairy tale. Hotline 22 2,200,000 is a disaster.
In total, while trying to make a call, I have already lost 118 minutes. The line is payable according to the tariff I have PLN 0.29 / min. 118 x 0.29 = PLN 34.22 from the card for listening to music. Of course, I have previously checked in what hours. BOK works. Music is still playing and there is information that all lines are busy. In my opinion, the headphones are set aside and nobody and nobody works there. I have never made a phone call for 3 years.
