Hello my blinds drive, the portos suddenly stopped working, in the morning the blind rose and never left again. I thought the pilot was down, but I have a second one and nothing too. I checked the power supply, it's ok. I have no more ideas, maybe someone can do something. I will add that the engine is completely unresponsive. I won't even speak, total silence. The roller blind is rolled up and I don't know how to pull it out. I would not like to smash half the facade. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

The first is to check whether the box (where the roller shutter is connected) is receiving the correct voltage (whether there is motor control). If it turns out that everything is correct, then just decide to demolish this blind

There are two possibilities either a radio module or a motor. Check the module power supply, if it is correct, check if the module supplies voltages to the motor, if it supplies the motor for replacement, if there are no voltages, then the module for replacement ot and the whole philosophy.

Even simpler: apply voltage directly to the motor, bypassing the module.
If it starts, you can play with the module, if it doesn't start, you have to replace the engine first, and then the module to check.

Buddy's philosophy is not a forum ... This engine has a control unit integrated with the engine with a built-in receiving module. To get to it you need to disassemble the engine and unfold it ...

Hmmm ... I will leave (for now) my colleague's advice without comment ... However, it may be worth giving advice on topics and departments in which my friend feels "strong" :?:
A colleague has over 4x more points than me, but I will devote myself and give you 1000 points so that you do not speak on topics where you do not feel too good just to pass the next ...

Please, once again. If someone has no clue or is unsure, let them refrain from speaking or at least write "I think" ...

You have a Portos-R engine. In one version there is a microswitch on the cable that is used to operate / register the remote controls (You can see in your photo a thin cable which is either an antenna or just the insulated microswitch). If this is the case, try to load the remotes again (instructions on the port pages). If the engine does not react, then unfortunately - for replacement (Portos does not sell only internal modules).
You don't have to break the facade, all you have to do is unwind the armor scroll by scroll.

I think that programming the remote control will not do anything, because after the power is turned on / off, each roller blind performs a mini up / down movement and this, unfortunately, does not speak. This cable is an antenna. I cut the beam at the engine itself and the current is on. I would like to remove this engine, but with a rolled up blind, there is no chance without dismantling the entire can from the wall, and it also does not work.

Relax ... You can do it. The bottom rail is in the guides. It is finished on each side (inside the guides) with T-shaped plastic stoppers. The "T" canopy means that you cannot pull the bottom bar out of the guides. Just use a sharp chisel or sharpened flat screwdriver with a hammer to make "I" from the "T". Then pull out the lower part of the armor and roll the scroll by hand. :sm9:

You're right, Marek, I didn't think about it. Thank you . Burial there in my free time (probably next weekend)

Topic summary

The Portos roller shutter motor has become unresponsive despite confirming that the power supply is functional and multiple remotes have been tested. Users suggest checking the voltage at the motor control box and the radio module's power supply. If the module is operational but the motor does not respond, applying voltage directly to the motor can help diagnose the issue. If the motor is confirmed faulty, it may need replacement. Additionally, to manually lower the stuck blind, users recommend modifying the T-shaped plastic stoppers in the guides to allow for the removal of the bottom rail, enabling manual operation of the blind.
