    Welcome,

I have a question about how to carry out diagnostics on a faulty roller shutter motor, where to start?
Background: motivation + electrical meter - in a word not much.

New 300 pln. I have two damaged ones. 600 pln makes a difference. So I decided to ask for help.....

    Pictures attached.

Thank you in advance for your reply.

    Best regards,
    T

There are two relays on the board presumably to control the direction. You need to power it bypassing the control board. Maybe the relays have died and the motor is not getting voltage.

Sorry for digging up the subject.
I have Mobilus drives on my external roller shutters and am experiencing a self-draining roller shutter; when I raise it almost all the way, it automatically flies down. If I raise it to its maximum level, it goes up and down by 2 cm until it stops after a while.
    Has anyone had this problem?
Can it be repaired or is it just a replacement?
    Best regards
