Hello, I think this is a problem with relays. One time I noticed that the lights inside the car are not shining, I hit my head on the steering wheel irritated and they suddenly started to work, from now on, when they stopped working, I was banging my head on the steering wheel and everything was fine. Well, recently I also wanted to turn on the lights, so what? Well, shit on the steering wheel, but this time it did not work well, I'm playing with the light shifter and suddenly it falls out, so pissed you have to light it, but the windows do not want to move away, and so I thought it was fuses, but there are no fuses from windows and lights, so it must be relays. How do you think? And where is the box with relays. Please, thank you for your help.

The relays are under that plastic board cover under the steering wheel. Does a colleague have the option of connecting a VAG? I would prefer a comfort module rather than relays, but it would be best to check it at the beginning with a VAG.

Unfortunately, I do not have to check with VAG yet, at the end of the month I am going to the mechanic with bearings, I will ask him to check with any program, when I unscrewed the plastic under the steering wheel, the hooks on the right side went nicely, the left one did not want to let go, so I found that I will not do it by force because it will break in some place. Thanks for your help, when I go to the mechanic and tell me what happened, I will write.
