A chirping sound is heard when you turn the ignition switch on and off. What are these relays for ..? And what the relay should be in the black 30a position, there are contacts for some relay

It all depends on the equipment of the car. Volkswagen Golf mk4 - fuses and relays

This is what it is for. System ecu, candles and unloading contact 15 of the ignition switch, i.e. lights, wipers, blower, etc.
