DNS Issue: Facebook Site Unreachable, DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN Error, & Loading Issues

Hello, I have a problem accessing pages (facebook). The problem started this morning, after entering facebook.pl a message appears

This site is unreachable
Could not find DNS server address www.facebook.com ..
Run the Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

sometimes after refreshing the site works, but not quite properly because the photos, links, movies do not want to load. After a moment, the message pops up again.

I am a total layman in computer matters, please help what to do with it.

Start the computer in safe mode + network support, does it change anything?

A moment ago I found a solution on another forum. Change dns manually to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. and it has worked so far. Is it possible that the problem is solved?
