    It looks like the latest Android update, it activates for me when I have a program turned on and someone calls me during this time. After completing the call, it asks whether to add the caller's number to spam, depending on who is calling, I have a yes / no choice.

    @adzion19 you checked in the application manager showing the system ones? Often the system can be turned off. I don't think it would take such serious steps as rooting the device to disable this application. What is the version of the system?
