Opel Vivaro 2.9 - 15A Fuse Blowing Issue: Wiring, Engine Stop Light, No Sound

I have not found a description on the internet or a similar box to this one. After burnout, the stop light in the engine lights up and it won't even sound. A black and white wire comes out of the fuse and runs towards the rear of the engine. Please help, what is this fuse.
