Hello, I'm with such an unusual question. I have been using Win7 Pro for a year and so on Saturday I decided that I would go to 10. At the beginning, of course, I wanted to see how to do it for free, so I google, the first link to YouTube and there the author showed how to enter 'windows 10 download' and enter MS website, I look - the video was added 2 years ago, so I think it probably doesn't work anymore, but I type in, download the update tool and for about 2 hours the computer has updated to 10. The settings say that the system is activated. I was surprised by this situation, I started reading on various forums and found everywhere that nowadays it is only possible to update for disabled people but it is easy to get around so that everyone can do the update.

And such, maybe stupid, but the question: Will 10 be activated all the time? Lest it turn out later to be a trial period or something, though I don't think it is.

Everything is ok. If you had the original win7 key then win 10 automatically goes to win 10. And it will be activated all the time the key is digitally assigned.

@Vafik Find on Uncle Google how to make a copy of your Windows 10 activation files.
Then, copy your documents / photos / important files and install a clean fresh version of Windows 10, after connecting to the internet everything should activate and work without any problems.
I've done it a few times and everything flashes, and most importantly, the system is "fresh" not after the update, after which there is a lot of garbage on the disk.
