Thank you all for your help.
VariaTHQ wrote:Hello, I am in the subject of entry on the list of technical security staff,
I wanted to ask, or rather clarify what research and what must be written in the judgment to be considered appropriate.
For some time I have been trying to find out where to go for the tests and for which and whether a referral from the employer is needed.
What should I do if I would like to obtain such tests myself (except go and pay)

District visits and neighbors' looks. Lost time and money. Now, after the amendment of the Act, I have not done any research and I have not received the entry. The conclusion is this. That in 15 years and hundreds of installed systems and the second hundred serviced nobody has ever asked me if I have any license ... Application? Why this whole post?
TomD2121 wrote:I have always been tested for 3 years. The cost of tests and psychotests about 150-200 PLN from what I remember. That's why I gave up my entry on the list ..

I am looking for a course that will enable me to be included in the list of qualified technical security employees.
So what does this research look like and where do you need to go? I am from Lublin.
I am self-employed (my own company)
Will anyone advise?
Thank you

Do you have technical education? What direction? Maybe you don't need a formal course.
Enter in Google: "Lublin technical security officer examination".
I immediately get a page of the Police from Lublin with a description of the requirements and a template of the application, as well as a page of a cabinet that conducts tests. Just ask if these are complete tests, not partial tests.
TL;DR: 100 % of qualified technical security staff must face a police interview every 3 years, while “medical exams are issued indefinitely” [Elektroda, pawlo_1, #16819152; Stan-Mar, #16795288]. For most, once certified you only file paperwork, no periodic testing.
Why it matters: Avoid unnecessary clinic visits and PLN 200 fees by knowing the real renewal rules.
• Statutory basis: Act of 22 Aug 1997 on Protection of Persons & Property, Arts. 27–32 [Act, 1997]. • Entry validity: indefinite; police interview every 36 months [Elektroda, pawlo_1, post #16819152] • Typical clinic fee for full tests: PLN 150–200 [Elektroda, TomD2121, post #18196623] • Indefinite medical judgment accepted if it states “orzekam” (I adjudge) not “stwierdzam” (I certify) [Elektroda, alster1, post #18228391] • No course needed with vocational/technical diploma in electrical, IT, mech., etc. [Elektroda, gkwiatkowski, post #16807060]
