    Hello,

My question is: Do I need work experience with HV grids in order to authorize the operation of E devices and networks above 1kV (exactly 1kV - 110kV)? Can I sign up for a course over 1kV and pass. Is it regulated by any act, and if so, what?

    Regards
    electrician

I would rather not recommend the SEP website, despite the fact that this is primarily their field, the members of this association are not quite able to provide competent answers. For example, the website of the sepu Częstochowa, where it is written that only qualification certificates with the sepu logo are honored throughout the EU. And it is enough to take the Energy Law and see that it is not true. All qualification certificates (G1, G2 or G3 energy qualifications) as state qualifications are recognized throughout the EU and Switzerland. No matter what institution or association the logo is on the cover of these certificates.

If someone wants energy qualifications in group 1 (i.e. for devices, installations and electric networks) above 1 kV, then they can obtain them during normal training in this field. Of course, let's say to the average voltage value (e.g. 15 or 20 kV)

    Hello everyone :)
I would like to know what SEP g1 qualifications can give me because I have the opportunity to take such a course, and then, of course, an exam (I hope everything will go ok). I have a few questions for people who are initiated in SEP.
    - Will I be able to design home electrical installations after obtaining the G1 qualifications?
    - Will I be able to sign an already completed installation?
I would like to add that I am already a construction engineer, currently 4 years of full-time studies and in the future I intend to obtain building qualifications. Hence, what additional benefits can they gain from g1 qualification?

Thank you very much in advance for your answers and help

To be able to design electrical installations legally, you must have building qualifications in the field of designing these installations, to get them you must have a master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or Automation and Robotics. As you can see, this is not possible in your case - unless the next few years of study (about five + 3 years of professional practice).
For signing, the situation looks like this:
You will not be able to perform the commissioning of the installation, unless you also perform the D (supervision) permissions
Do not take measurements either - unless you do a control and measurement range (but these are additional costs and a much higher driving school).
The G1 permission group allows you to operate, install, maintain, measure electrical installations - but the scope of your rights will depend on what you pass (you mark the appropriate points when submitting the application).

So then you probably have to let it go. It's not all that easy. The D powers alone would be enough to receive electric robots?

Yes, that is, until the signing of the measurement report after the installation is completed. On the other hand, a person with building qualifications is needed to collect the completed installation (so that the power supply can connect the meter).
In general, energy permits allow the installation to be made on the basis of a design and subsequent measurements. However, a person with building qualifications can design the installation and then pick it up.

    Hello,
my future employer I want to screw me a bit and I am a bit stupid, and I know perfectly well what my rights are ... I have this question: can someone interpret my rights sep e + d exactly? attachments: SEP Permissions for Operating E Devices & Networks 1kV-110kV: Work Experience & Course Requirements SEP Permissions for Operating E Devices & Networks 1kV-110kV: Work Experience & Course Requirements

But what to interpret here? After all, everything is written ...

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the requirements for obtaining SEP (Stowarzyszenie Elektryków Polskich) qualifications for operating electrical devices and networks in the voltage range of 1kV to 110kV. Participants clarify that while work experience with high voltage (HV) grids is beneficial, it is not strictly necessary to enroll in a course and obtain qualifications. The G1 qualifications allow individuals to operate, install, and maintain electrical installations, but additional qualifications (D permissions) are required for design and commissioning tasks. The conversation also touches on the recognition of qualifications across the EU and the importance of having the appropriate educational background for certain responsibilities in electrical engineering.
