Only you see, the problem with these online courses and exams at the moment is that a lot, a really lot of people think that if they are an "SEP certificate holder" (the vast majority of them funded by their employer, as a so-called "ass-kicker" on jobs where one of the requirements is for the crew to have the relevant "papers"), they can do outside electrical services?
If they are electricians by training - cool, have grasped the basics, have elementary knowledge, practice - please, door open.
If they are not electricians by training, they had better not touch anything that is or is supposed to be live. Let them have an "SEP certificate", but outside their place of work, they will just be ordinary bread eaters. It will be good for them and for other people around them.
