    Hello, I have a question about SEP authorisations up to 1kV it is about exploitation. I would like to take an exam in the next few days to obtain these authorisations, I have found courses and an exam ONLINE on the internet.     It just depends on the examiners. You get the material to forge, then the online exam takes place via e.g. skype. You must show proof of identity or previous qualifications and take the exam. Will they be examining reliably? You will say when you pass ;)

    I think it's safe to go online. Call the company first and check it out. Don't order from companies that don't give you their name, TIN, phone number and address.

Because I understand that the ERO is the main office that appoints committees for the state examination and does not necessarily have to be performed in SEP, but it can be in another organization?

I thought it was a bit of a work to do, but deadlines are still pending. And such an on-line course would be just right. Are such courses accepted by law? And how does this exam course look like? It's nice if someone spoke who took such a course. On the service providers' websites you can read that everything is fine, but how is it really?

    The law does not regulate the subjects of the courses. You can do the course or not. How can you, what do you need the course for? If you can't, it's worth taking a course and learning by yourself.

Since § 10.5 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 01.07.2022 on detailed rules for ascertaining the qualifications of persons engaged in the operation of equipment, installations and networks of 01.07.2022 (Item 1392) allowed the possibility of obtaining the SEP qualification in online form, why not take advantage of this? The prerequisite is that the exam is streamed online in real time, and all you need to take the exam is a simple laptop with a built-in camera and microphone.

    There is no such thing, there is a certificate of qualification . An institution accredited by the ministry, can issue such a certificate. It does not have to be an SEP.

    of course you can take advantage, I don't see the problem.
    Only you see, the problem with these online courses and exams at the moment is that a lot, a really lot of people think that if they are an "SEP certificate holder" (the vast majority of them funded by their employer, as a so-called "ass-kicker" on jobs where one of the requirements is for the crew to have the relevant "papers"), they can do outside electrical services?
    If they are electricians by training - cool, have grasped the basics, have elementary knowledge, practice - please, door open.
    If they are not electricians by training, they had better not touch anything that is or is supposed to be live. Let them have an "SEP certificate", but outside their place of work, they will just be ordinary bread eaters. It will be good for them and for other people around them.
