    Hello,
I have a coolant leak. I suspect the engine block or .... Waiting for a proposal. The least leakage is located on the passenger side (right side - towards the direction of travel) near the V-belt. I can hear the tensioner or roller additionally. Is this due to fluid leakage? Where should I look for the leak? Maybe a head gasket? I do not know, but certainly the middle or upper part of the engine, block.
I am asking for tips and suggestions. Maybe someone had this case.

Ok I have a handful of information I looked at and I think I know. There is a leak at the star screw on the tensioner roller. There is no leakage at idle without adding gas. But when I turn the engine on, the coolant appears. Greenish blue on the screw (photo 1 on the back)

Hello to start with, check if it's coming from a water pump.

Please see now I've added some new location information and photos on one you can clearly see the screw from which it flies especially when I screw the engine on revs.
I think it makes sense. Water pump. But if it works because there is fluid circulation and if it cools it heats up, I think a new seal will do the trick. I'm right?

First of all, when was the water pump replaced? Check if there is no slack, it can fly from
water pump sealant that it works does not mean that it is 100% functional. The pump is not
so expensive, you will change the engine coolant right away it certainly won't hurt.
    greetings
