    Hi

Is there an authorized AOC service center in Poland? Specifically, I mean warranty service. This company in Poland has no website, profiles on social networks, etc. I am interested in one monitor, but a bit afraid to buy. The only info I found is the need to send monitors manufactured after 2009 to Germany, under warranty, I do not know if it is still current.

Does anyone have any information about this?

    greetings
    Mariusz

From what I could find, the company on this list (Invider) has not existed for several years.

As for the monitor, I am looking for something typical, quite universal, movies, games, internet, office, FHD, max 24 ", I am also interested in the pivot function, so the AOC I2475PXQU initially fell, mainly because of the good price. But that's all still at the stage of searching. I would not like to spend more than PLN 800, and for this amount I will find several monitors with pivot.

I was also thinking about this model but I got a cheap i2369vm. There is probably another website somewhere in Poland, because it is quite a popular brand lately.

On their official website I cannot ask a question about the service because you have to provide the serial number of the goods you have. But I found their international accounts on social networking sites, maybe they will help me there. If I know something specific, I will write, maybe someone else will be useful.

    Interesting information, thanks.

Meanwhile, zero response from AOC, i.e. a few days ago I sent them messages on accounts on social networking sites, they did not write back anything. But I have a clue, I have also sent a few emails to companies dealing with the repair and sale of AOC monitors, here is one of the answers:

    Quote:
The company *** is not an authorized AOC service in Poland. The following entity performs this function for AOC:

    MSI Polska Sp. z o. o
    ProLogis Park Wroclaw
    ul. Magazynowa 1, Bielany Wrocławskie
    55-040 Kobierzyce
    (+48) 800 999 992
    aoc-support(_at_)msi.com

I sent an e-mail to the question to ask if it was current, so far nobody has replied.

I just noticed that I missed the general contact form on the AOC homepage (not for technical issues, where you need to enter the serial number of your equipment), I sent them a message, I hope they will write back.

I got an answer and I would just like to confirm that MSI Polska Sp. z o. o. is the authorized warranty service for AOC monitors in Poland.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around locating an authorized warranty service center for AOC monitors in Poland. The original poster, Mariusz, expresses concerns about purchasing an AOC monitor due to the lack of local service information. Responses indicate that the previous service center, Invider, is no longer operational. Users suggest that AOC monitors manufactured after 2009 may need to be sent to Germany for warranty service. AOC's official website requires a serial number for inquiries, complicating the search for support. One user confirms that MSI Polska Sp. z o. o. is the authorized warranty service for AOC monitors in Poland. The conversation also touches on the general trend of replacing rather than repairing inexpensive monitors.
