    Hello,

I would like to buy a 27-inch monitor with an IPS matrix to be used mainly at home (internet, film, photos, Office suite, etc.). I also plan to edit photos from time to time. The budget is about PLN 1,000.

    My types are:

    AOC I2781FH
    Samsung S27F350FHU
    LG 27MP65HQ-P

What do you recommend? Maybe you have an opinion on these? Please help.

Hello, I recommend the Dell P2714H model a little over 1k but not much.
    Advantages:
    - it works
    - it reproduces the colors nicely in my opinion
    - stable steel base (in a plastic housing) + pivot
    - built-in power supply
    - menu with buttons, I have 3 monitors for 2 years and they all work ok.
    - displayport
    - usb hub but only usb2

    greetings
    Oscar

Thanks for the suggestions. Pretty interesting. I will consider.
This AOC I2781FH that I replaced has IPS matrices from what manufacturer? Samsung or LG?
I stuck to this monitor because the manufacturer gives it a three-year warranty (competition only two), it has 2xHDMI and it looks interesting. Unfortunately, I don't know this company.
Unfortunately, I was very disaffected with LG. In my family I have three LG 23 'IPS monitors and after a short time all of them have some crimson spots from the edges.
Are such eggs also made in Samsung PLS? What does Samsung backlight look like in this price range? Or does the trail monitor go after time?

There is an AH-IPS matrix - it is ok, the only downside is the uneven backlight.
I don't know exactly what the crimson edges are about :P but this is typical for IPS matrices if we are talking about bleeding here
I saw Samsung at the exhibition so it's hard for me to say but the matrix was great :)

I have described the problem in detail here Link
Since AOC may have a problem with uneven backlighting, maybe it is worth choosing this Samsung despite the shorter warranty. Should the backlight be okay and will it start bleeding after a while?

I haven't heard of such a problem in PLS, but it's best to see for yourself

I am not able to check this in the store because the mentioned problem occurs after some time of use.

This may be another internet purchase option then as something like 14 days return. There is a nice program from EIZO that you can check the matrices at the very beginning.

These problems occur on LG monitors after about 1.5 years, with three monitors in the family.

What do you think about the Eizo or Nec brands? You can read a lot about them on the Internet. They are supposed to make excellent monitors for graphic designers. Unfortunately, their prices are cosmic. But they also have low-end monitors, the so-called office monitors. For example, the Eizo company offers the "EIZO FLEXSCAN 23.8" (EV2450-BK) "monitor. Yes, I know ... the monitor is not 27 inch and costs over PLN 1000, but maybe it is worth giving up a larger monitor and adding something to have something reputable with 5-year warranty, and maybe a solid one?

EIZO has very professional monitors only that the IPS price starts at 1300.
