Please help. Car: Audi a3 1.6 8L 1999 My front, passenger and driver airbags fired. I'm having trouble locating, I don't know exactly what it's called ... it's a sensor or a shock sensor. The mechanic said that he is in the tunnel by gears but I did not find him there ... I am asking for help and thank you in advance.

It is an AirBag module or sensor.
This is the case in the tunnel, but you have to look closer to the front of the car, i.e. more under the cockpit.

And is it certain that the sensor is damaged when the pillows are fired? And how many sensors are there? There is only one for two pillows or are there two?

It is not the sensor itself, it is the entire controller of the AirBag system which itself also has a shock sensor. Basically, nothing is damaged there, the controller simply remembers the accident and deactivates the AirBag system, informing about it with the indicator on the board. You can give the module to a specialist who will reset the memory or simply replace it.
