write to cavion Enter model and serial number and ask for firmware. And anyway, in recovery mode did you enter wipe options?

I wrote to Cavion and unfortunately the answer that they do not provide software, which I stated in the post. So in recovery mode I did the wipe option and nothing helps.

If you still have it under warranty, use it if not, maybe look for a twin version of this tablet from another manufacturer by motherboard number. Unless your memory is damaged, you have a chance.

Unfortunately, the tablet is no longer under warranty so it remains to look for, or the Cavion service. I sent the tablet to the Cavion website and unfortunately the description of the damaged disc, so the subject to be closed.

I tried to backup using adb however there is a message that the tablet is locked.
