ESTYMA M RS 420 Controller Setup: Heat Matix 18kW Pellet Stove, Overfeeding & NO FIRE / FUEL Error

Hello, I have a problem with the ESTYMA M RS 420 driver setting
The stove is a Heat Matix 18 kw for pellets, a single-family detached house 120m2 all floor heating. I bought a used stove and when trying to start the stove the problem is that the feeder gives (every 10 seconds) too much pellet that does not burn out, it cannot be corrected.
the temperature of switching on the CH and DHW pumps is 35 C, which seems to be too low because the stove cannot heat up !!!
When the stove is working and the pellets are burning, the igniter symbol lights up on the controller !!! and an error pops up NO FIRE / FUEL
The previous owner had it set up and everything connected to 1 circulation pump which he controlled in the controller from the options UTILITY WATER
I have the MANUAL mode set

Is it possible to reset the controller to factory settings ????
there is a SERVICE MODE but protected by a code
as well as MANUAL MODE is also not available
IS THE DRIVER DEFECTIVE ?????

For posterity At the beginning, the stove was meticulously checked and cleaned. The stove has 2 igniters that were burnt because the previous owner probably never cleaned under the fire, where there was a lot of ash and the air from the blower could not break through. Another thing that needed repair is such a trap in the blower the metal plate that swings back under the influence of the fan and lets the air out, was seared !!!! now everything is flashing and it's OKI Only lighters have not yet purchased (cost 1 pc 200 PLN)

Can you take off the characteristics for the flue gas sensor? I mean ohmmeter readings for different temperatures as in the documentation for e.g. KTY84 on page 4. Table 7 of the document:

I don't know what your operating modes are, but the code is set temp. In manual mode +77. For temperature in manual mode = 60 ° C => code 137, for 61 ° C => 138 etc.
