I am looking for help with a common error on the stove (as in the topic). The worst part is that this error most often occurs at night when no one can get up and reset the stove. The apartment gets cold, because this error prevents the stove from being re-ignited, the pump runs all the time and there is no flame and no hot radiators. Is there any possibility for this error to be automatically removed / ignored / reset by the furnace?
I look forward to hearing your reply.

Only the warranty service yourself will not do anything, as your warranty should do to you.

I think so too, just one more question, maybe you had such a case and the service technician will be able to do something about it?

A certain batch of ms 24 zena boilers had frequent e-35 errors, but we replaced the warranty, as the baxi is a new design, so everything will probably come out in the wash, call the warranty and don't hesitate, they should repair it at no cost to you.

The service technician said that the reason may be a freezing chimney, that the steam condenses at night and when it is frosty, the chimney freezes and the stove does not have enough air to start it. Do you know ways to keep the chimney from freezing?

Increase the stove temperature, remake the chimney.

Hello. I am writing how I solved the problem. The fault was on the side of the electrode, which the service technician replaced with a new one.
