Hello dad has a bmw e60 3.0tdi and the car has no power. He doesn't screw at revs at 3000rpm max and the speed reaches 140, he doesn't want to go. I will add that the box changes gears well, there is no smoke under the bonnet. What could it be? no disturbing noises from under the bonnet are gone

First of all, diagnostics, not divination ... You can repair the lack of power for a dozen or several dozen / several hundred zlotys ... Think about whether you want to buy everything in turn, which they will start offering you ...

Particulate filter and candle sensor and candles do not work evenly after firing, is it related to power loss?

It certainly has a relationship, the car needs to be repaired by a diesel specialist.

A damaged glow plug driver and / or damaged glow plugs affect difficult firing and uneven operation a few seconds after firing. The colder it will be, the harder it will be to start the car.
A clogged diesel particulate filter (DPF) causes a loss of power, in the final stage the engine will start but will not have the strength to drive and then will not even start. At BMW, everything has to be operational so that the DPF is burned out while driving. For example, a faulty thermostat (main or EGR cooler) will not show an error in the computer and the DPF will not burn (because the coolant will not reach 75 degrees).
