Hello and I am asking for some advice because I already lack the strength and ideas ...

I will try to describe the situation briefly because it would result in a 12-volume novel.

I was driving the car (July 2017) suddenly the car started to make noise and rumble while adding gas. It turned out at my mechanic that a piece of carbon deposits fell off the suction valve or the manifold and fell under the valve, causing a lack of compression on one cylinder. My mechanic was not able to take care of it due to the lack of manpower (vacation time) and I was looking for an alternative because in 6 days I was going to vacation in Croatia. I found a guy who was repairing our company's truck (regeneration of injectors, done flawlessly), he had just time and said he would take care of it. They dismantled the head and did everything rather fine. They also checked the injectors, diagnosis 3 for full regeneration 3 for replacement of the tips themselves. They did so and then I picked up the car and went home (the day before I left for Croatia). In the evening I went shopping and I hear that something is making noise, something like an injector. I'm calling, the guest said to come in the morning of the departure day. It turned out that one injector was doing something wrong, I don't remember what he did with it and it fell silent a bit, but without going crazy. The mechanic said that I can go and we will continue to work after returning from vacation. I did it because I had paid the reservation, etc. I managed to travel the entire route without any problems, not counting the knocking of the injectors under load. After returning, I checked with him, on my computer he shows that on two cylinders the corrections under load go to +4 to +5 hence the noise. Correction I receive the car, corrections max +0.60, even though no new ima codes were issued. I come home everything is fine, no smoking, it speeds up properly and there is complete silence. On the second day, I start the car and the same chirping / noise under load again. I look at the computer, this time the next injection goes to +5.
There were literally seven or eight such situations. Correction, one day well and circuses from the next day. The guy says that the fuel breaks the injections, but I drove 400,000 on this fuel and on one the correction was max +1.54, the rest below 1. And most importantly, no disturbing sounds. In addition, it is the company's fuel and it runs several cars and it is ok.
I was pissed because how many times can you go for corrections. I offered to send the injections to another company and let them verify what is wrong. I was thinking about Turbo-Tec from Jaworzno. I said that if it turns out that it is ok, I will pay for everything, and if not, he will. He did not agree, offered to send them to Warsaw to the main BOSCH distributor from whom he bought his EPS 200. I agreed that the 3 tips were to be replaced again and everything was out of order.
The best thing is that on EPS 200 it showed that everything is ok. Only when they put it on a newer model, errors appeared.
In any case, the injectors came back with new IMA codes, the codes were inserted (unfortunately on the old washers), etc. Unfortunately, on the second day of the replay, something is heard again, not as much as before but still. I thought that maybe I bought new washers through the old washers, replaced, tightened with a torque wrench and went for a ride. Like silence, but after warming up the car, noise again, even greater than before. Return home and check the tightening. All bolts loose and again 9Nm and a ride. Only after the 3rd time they got so that they didn't have to be tightened. The problem of chirping / chirping, however, remains and it is worse than it was right after their installation on the old pads. I measured the thickness of the washers that they gave with the ones I got in the Intercars, it turns out that the ones from them are a bit thicker, so going to the store for another replacement, and this time it was not necessary to tighten 3 times only once and the engine started to work softer and at least that's what it seemed to me at the beginning because no noise is possible after heating up. I take the computer and go, corrections max +0.50 when stationary. I move on and there is silence, I did 20 km. Not even once hearing disturbing sounds, the corrections during acceleration hardly change. It's just perfect.
Unfortunately, in the evening, departure again, but without a computer and again noise ...

I am sorry for the chaotic description, but I cannot cope with my nerves ... these injections are already dreaming at night.
Help me please because I have no ideas.

Regenerated injectors can spoil your health ... If it is really the fault of the injectors, replace them with new ones. Check the fuel system to see if there is a slight pull of air somewhere. How about the cleanliness of the fuel system? You can't see the filings anywhere? Large corrections can be caused not only by malfunctioning injectors.

I did not find the filings anywhere, I looked into the fuel tank and it is clean, like in a new tank, I even smashed the fuel filter, there was a bit of contamination there, but nothing metal, only brown sediment probably from bio-components. New injectors cost 1/4 the value of the car at the moment. Add to that the amount I paid for the regeneration and we have 10,000. PLN. Unfortunately, it hurts and I planned to replace the car at the end of next year. On the other hand, I do not want to squeeze someone else because my cars were always well-kept ...

Hello. I have a similar problem in my 525d from 2008. After replacing the injection, the car started to work properly and everything was ok. However, after driving about 100km, the problem with rattling in the engine returned. Can you please describe how the trip with injections ended?

It ended up that the injectors were sent by a mechanic to the company that gave them these codes and it was okay after putting them on, but then they started making noise again ...
Honestly, I gave up because after folding all the covers the sound is no longer audible and, in addition, the corrections stopped.
I drive the car to this day, the current mileage is 460,000 and the car is moving, it has power, but the sound without the upper engine cover at higher revs is strange to say the least. It is true that I have not heard this car without covers against repairs, but it should not sound like that.
I decided not to worry and only control the corrections, they exceeded "1" twice, then I added Liqui Moly to the fuel and they returned to values closer to "0".
    Good luck.

080 and 131 are the most difficult injectors to regenerate. If there is a problem, I change it to 216. They are slightly higher and you need to change the maps, but I prefer this solution anyway.
