Golf 4 1998 - The alarm sounds when you close the car with the remote control.

I own golf 4 from 1999, imported from Switzerland with 1.8T engine

I have 2 keys for it, both were functional but in:
-1 The key changed the housing, and then closing and opening the car with the key stopped working.

-2 The key operated to this day, I decided that I would try to fire it today with 1 key and go to work, unfortunately, immediately after turning 1 key turned on the alarm and I had to run quickly after 2 so as not to stimulate all neighbors.

When I got to work I wanted to close the car, but unfortunately after clicking the "Close" button an alarm sounds, so my 2 key broke. Opening is working fine and closing is triggering an alarm. Could you please help me. Any advice?

Probably the fault for triggering the alarm when closing can be blamed on one of the microswitches in one of the doors, the tailgate, or the switch located in the front bonnet bolt (the car "sees" the door or flap open). My question is whether after closing the door, the interior lighting goes out or do the door lights go out? Did you connect the car to the computer? The second thing, the remote control in the key, maybe just decoded after replacing the housing (removing the battery for a long time).
