Hello, I am looking at the forum and on google and nowhere to find information where in Corsa C ctdi 2004. is the main system relay located? Does anyone know where to look for him? The Corsa did not start at all (in the evening I normally returned home, did not start in the morning). She was shooting but did not fire. Checked fuses - ok, exhausted and tested fuel pump - about Corsa started firing but only cold. The heat does not start anymore. P1625 error after connecting to computer. First, the suspicion fell on the shaft position sensor, but after this error it can be this relay?

Does it have a colleague's description of the relays and values they should have? Well, the car re-ignited, after driving a few kilometers and extinguishing no longer fired for good. Replaced the fuel pump relay (fuel injection relay) and fired like this doll. However, on the old one is written 12V / 40A, while on the "new" only 30A and I do not know if this is enough? In the automotive industry, the problem was to get a matching (40A) relay quickly, but in the long run, is it possible to drive? I know there are 60A relays still - is it too strong?

It's always best to give what it was, 30A can be nice and once you get the right one, replace it.

I just can not get this 40A anywhere. Even on the net there are either 30A or 60A. On the other hand, the Opel service said that if the replacement is only the 60A. I'm in dead end.

The car runs on the replaced Starter Lock Relay (Fuel Pump Relay)

Opel Corsa C 1.3 CDTI 2004 Not Starting: Main System Relay Location and P1625 Error

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a 2004 Opel Corsa C 1.3 CDTI that is not starting, with the user seeking information on the location of the main system relay and the implications of a P1625 error code. Initial troubleshooting included checking fuses and testing the fuel pump, which indicated that the car would fire when cold but not when warm. Users provided images showing relay locations and discussed the replacement of the fuel pump relay, noting that a 30A relay was used instead of the original 40A. Concerns were raised about the suitability of using a 30A relay in place of a 40A, with suggestions to eventually replace it with the correct specification. The car was reported to run after replacing the starter lock relay (fuel pump relay).
