FM Transmitter Not Working: Repair Tips for Allegro Chinese Car Adapter, Screen Outage Issue

Hello. Well, I have an FM transmitter to play music on the car radio after connecting to the cigarette lighter. It is a cheap "Chinese" bought on allegro. After several times of use, the transmitter screen has gone out and has not been working since. What could be wrong? How to check and fix it? Right now I could use an old car and I have nothing to do. Someone could help? The device seems to be simple to build, but I don't know what I can do. Those willing to help could answer

Connect a small light bulb to the battery through it, the light will come on - it's good.
One of the smallest fuses, sure, up to 1A, which should be stamped / painted on it.
