I need to copy contacts from Microsoft 435 to Samsung J3. I tried through an outlook account. Unfortunately, when I try to log in to the account on my phone, a message pops up saying that there is no connection (I'm throwing a screen), of course the Internet connection is active .. I also tried through the "transfer my data" option. Unfortunately, the lumia has only one contact for me. Anyone have any ideas? Maybe some program can be downloaded to a computer and then uploaded to Samsung?

Look for the contact transfer application in the play store (or something similar, I don't remember now). Pair two phones via BT and it will flicker. I also had a similar problem with a windows phone and that's how I solved it.

And you can not export the contents to a file on WP and rip it normally via a computer? Like it was done in ancient times? :P

Theoretically possible, you only need a computer, a program to handle one phone and the other. Let's not forget that two programs from different manufacturers, on different systems in phones, must accept the same file format.

What programs. You export to VCF or anything else, connect your phone normally in mass storage mode, and copy the file. Android rather supports most formats. Since when do I install programs to rip anything from WP or android? It's not Apple :P

Generally not. In some models / softach (WP8 and newer) in the application "transfer my data" there is an option to save contacts on the memory card and then they are saved as a business card, but I do not know what depends on whether this option is or not. Recently I played 635 and 1520 and there was no such option even after updating this application from the store.

Generally, the contacts from Lumia can only be removed with bluetooth and only loaded with a cable. You can do it through a computer, for example, with MOBILEdit, and in the case of a phone, for example, "Contacts Optimizer" (creators of MOBILEdit) with the use of bluetooth, the transfer must be initiated on the device to which you want to copy contacts. Some phones have a built-in function of downloading contacts via bluetooth, so you can try to use it.

The Move contacts program turned out to be useful. Easily and easily transfers contacts.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around transferring contacts from a Microsoft Lumia 435 to a Samsung J3 2017. The user initially attempted to use an Outlook account for the transfer but encountered connectivity issues despite having an active internet connection. Alternative methods suggested include using Bluetooth to pair the two devices and utilizing contact transfer applications available on the Play Store. Some participants recommended exporting contacts to a file format like VCF and transferring them via a computer. The "Transfer My Data" application was mentioned, but its functionality may vary by device model. A follow-up indicated that the "Move Contacts" program effectively facilitated the transfer process.
