Streaming on Twitch via OBS - progressive audio delay

Hello!
My friend has a problem and I don't really know how to help him.
He tricks on Twitch using the OBS program. The problem is that when it starts things are fine, but as time goes on, the voice lags more and more in relation to the picture. The game image, his webcam image, and his microphone remain fine, and the game audio and Team Speak audio are drifting away more and more. It comes to the fact that after a few hours this delay can amount to 25 seconds, which is very annoying. It always occurs, but each time with a different intensity.
A colleague went through all the settings he could and problems like this described on the internet, but to no avail.

Please ask for the entire configuration of your computer in the first throw.
Charts from HWinfo (sensors only mode). You will enable logging to the file. Then post-record for an hour. Post the logs and we'll see.
Try to update your sound card drivers.
Do you have the current version of OBS studio? If so, try reinstalling or installing an older version.
And also the SMART screen from CrystalDiskInfo (stretch the window).
