    Hello.
I want to buy a SAMSUNG SL-M2070FW multifunction device.
I have internet at home from a mobile which works as HOTSPOT.
Is there an option to print this way or connect directly to a computer via Wi-Fi without a router?
How much memory should such a printer have to easily print via Wi-Fi?
At the moment I have a Brother HL-2035 connected via USB to the router so I can print via Wi-Fi, but usually when printing several pages in PDF, the printer seems to hang, so I have to cancel printing and connect it via USB and then there is no problem.
I do not know what it is caused by - a router (Vodafone Easybox 802) or a small amount of printer memory.
I would like to buy a printer where there will be no problems with printing via Wi-Fi PDF documents with, for example, 50 pages.
I would like to use Wi-Fi, but I would not like to use a router specifically for the printer.
    Is it possible?

These printers often have a life of their own (beyond the warranty period, of course). Several of my clients insisted and bought it because it was cheap, and then they complained about costs and failure rate. WiFi printing never works perfectly in practice. It is best to connect the printer via LAN cable (NOT via USB) to the router. You print simple documents via WiFi and if you have something more extensive, you connect to the router with a cable.
I usually recommend HP MFPs to my customers and they are always satisfied. I also have one at home, but due to the purchase price of a new one, I was looking for a stimulant in good condition for a long time.

There are 2 wifi printing modes in this printer:
    1.using a router (e.g. via hotspot)
    2. directly computer (telephone) - printer

You have a choice of nfc, wifi or wifi direct, for you the latter option would be the best. If this is to be a new hardware, you will have a driver CD in the set, including the Samsung Easy Printer Manager software, very useful for Samsung. After starting the wifi wizard you will be able to configure it very easily.

If you are looking for used equipment, first of all, I invite you to PW, and secondly, remember that the Samsung printing department has been taken over by HP for a long time and you have to look for drivers and software for this printer on their websites.

I chose the printer model from the topic.
As of now, I am satisfied.
Selected Wi-Fi connectivity with the printer without the use of a router.
