For this amount you can buy a little used good multifunction device.
When printing several pages a month, the price of toners is not such an indicator, because toners last from 500-5000 pages. In this case, 1 toner for several years.

I suggest looking for something from the list below:

For your requirements M2070W will be enough, it has Wifi and NFC. Replacement toners are at moderate prices, but with such printing needs (2-3 cards per month) it hardly matters.

I had a lot of 3in1 devices, HP rained without warning and could not be repaired by service, or repair would cost as much as new in the store or even more. As for Samsung, they have the same ills, the same thing goes wrong in each, but the repair is to be done on your own, changing the paper feed wheel, shortening the spring, replacing the drum or heater, you do it yourself. I speak after warranty of course. Canon and Epson are good companies, they have worked much longer since HP. The service, if anything, works well. About HP, forget about "services". They blame customers, convince them that it's the user's fault, etc., deadlines for repairs dragged on forever, zero contact with someone responsible. But I only had Canon and Epson colors, I don't know the subject of monochrome. It is worth reading reviews on forums around the world, not those stupid customer reviews on store pages.

In HP you have to arrange it equally, in Epson or Canon I had a lot of facilities such as photo alignment, correction with different options, scanning as separate photos, etc., mass of various facilities. HP doesn't have it.

HP and Canon lasers are the same constructions. They differ in appearance and software but the operation is the same. Of course, the toner symbols are different while they are fully interchangeable between printers. If the monochrome "home" device I recommend HP LJ M1132 or newer M125 or M127. Currently, devices from the M26 series have appeared. Sure there will be a price problem with replacements but in a few months the prices of replacements will be low as usual at HP. At your expectations, I think it's also a good choice.

With 2-3 sheets per week the choice is very simple . You can go buy cheapest MFP lasers and that's it. Just notice that you wanted WiFi and it would be nice if it was possible to print from a phone. You pay for "goodies". Example: let's take this Samsung M2070 - you can buy the same device without wifi, with wifi, it is also available with wifi, fax and automatic document feeder. The price difference between the cheapest and the most expensive is ~ PLN 200, where the cheapest M2070 without wifi is about PLN 425. They are all based on M2026, i.e. a printer for ~ PLN 220. For PLN 300, however, it is difficult to recommend any new laser MFPs, the cheapest in the store is about ~ PLN 370. For 500 PLN you will get Kyocera P2035d, for ~ 690 PLN you could buy P2135d. You would be surprised by the difference, not to mention the cost of printing, but not with 2-3 pages. With up to 10 pages a month, there is no point in making such comparisons, because the difference in purchase price will never pay back. This is not a purpose, not this class of devices, not these requirements. And if you want the printer itself, buy a Ricoh SP112e for ~ PLN 130, laser = it won't dry like ink, and there is no point in spending more. Many companies have their ears behind, but I would just like to pay attention not to mix everything: typically home and office equipment, laser and ink, which often happens. If someone buys a Canon MG2450 for an accounting office, it is natural that such a device will not last long there. Similarly, as there are many constructions found under various brands - they often differ in prices, and in fact they are a different housing (or even not), a badge on the housing and software. Sometimes it can also be a problem with cartridges - because it can not be translated (e.g. another groove in the housing).

Turn it on when you need it. If stripes appear on the printout (e.g. toner tip), it is worth removing the cartridge and shaking it before replacing. You connect to the router wirelessly, also the device itself only requires a power connection. Then you print via wifi. If you are interested in Samsung, it also has NFC.
