    Hello,
I have a problem charging this phone right up to the very beginning. The time it takes to fully charge the battery is about 5-6 hours.
The phone recently returned from the CTDI website. In the analysis they wrote and the device has been repaired in the device, the system has been prevented. After repair, the device has been tested according to the manufacturer's specifications. The device is working.
I don't think that any applications that I have installed have the phone taking longer to charge.

This phone doesn't support fast charging and the battery has 2650 mAh so it's possible it's normal behavior. You can try to give a more powerful charger it can reduce the charging time a little. The Blackberry Z30, which I have also does not have a quick charge with the original charger charging almost 4 hours while on the Samsung 2 A charger the charging time is reduced to 2.5 hours (checked on the charger from Samsung S5 neo).

Try to unload it, turn it off and charge it completely. If this time is significantly shorter, then there will be a problem with some application or settings, maybe while using it you can use it, which drains the battery. If, despite its physical shutdown, this time will be similar, return it to the complaint again, including the information about the measured charging time when it was turned off.

In tests it turned out that this Nokia charges 3 hours on the original charger.

I also came to this data, the result below 4h will be acceptable. The time of 3h may be a bit too optimistic, you also have to take into account the wear of the equipment. However, around 5 can be safely interpreted as a continuous disadvantage. Can post service requests here, without contact details.

I thought it was an abbreviation, i.e. probably the charger socket was damaged and the battery could be damaged if the service does not mention anything about it.

Fuck in .... I restored to factory settings (reset) I only updated important applications and started loading. I immediately noticed that the percentages of battery condition began to rise much faster. It followed that some application had a fault, I will observe it a bit and I will install more applications with more consideration.

EDIT: What antivirus do you propose?

My girlfriend bought this phone and only turned off 53 percent off for 5 hours, it can be concluded that it takes about 10 hours to fully charge. This is too much.

No, often they are responsible for various strange phone anomalies and battery operation.

The fact sometimes some application silences this phone and the games in general. Read here everything is described: https://pl-pl.facebook.com/CTDI.Polska/

Topic summary

The Nokia 3 is experiencing a slow charging issue, taking approximately 5-6 hours to fully charge after a repair from CTDI. Users suggest that this charging time may be normal due to the phone's lack of fast charging support and its 2650 mAh battery capacity. Recommendations include using a more powerful charger to potentially reduce charging time and performing a factory reset to identify if any applications are causing the slow charging. Some users report that their devices charge significantly faster when turned off, indicating possible software-related issues. Overall, a charging time of around 3-4 hours is considered acceptable for this model.
