Hello, I have a 2-in-1 HP Pavilion 11 x360 laptop. At the very beginning, the laptop worked fine, the touchscreen worked. Once the computer turned off by itself and when turned on, it turned out that the system crashed and you have to put it back, as this laptop had Windows 8.1 loaded on the partition, I used it and wanted to put the system back on the partition, it turned out that the system on the partition was damaged so I had to install the system from a bootable USB on which I had Windows 7, after installing this version of the system, the touch screen stopped working in the sense that in the system properties it showed that "There are no pen and touch input devices for this screen" and from by that time, the screen was unresponsive to any touch or anything. Even when I reinstalled Windows 8.1. I'm asking for help, maybe I don't have a driver or something ...

Install "Intel Serial IO Driver" from the manufacturer's website, the Windows driver is not compatible with this screen.
