Hello I wanted to use a 5V power supply and make it a charger for several devices connected to USB, the older device is charging while the new phones do not want to charge. How to properly connect pins 2 and 3 for new devices to charge?

There are many systems and they have different functions of pins 2 and 3. The topic has already been discussed on the forum many times, at least a dozen, if not several dozen. How many times can you write the same thing over and over again.
