Samsung Galaxy S7 - Rear Camera Quality Issues, Imported from China, Allegro Seller Scam

Hello, my father bought Samsung S7 imported from China through a dishonest seller on Allegro. It turned out that the rear camera takes pictures as if behind a light fog. They're really poor quality. The front camera makes the photo much nicer. There is a problem with returning the phone because the user has closed the account, etc. There is a legal way - well, but you know - not always effective and time. It turned out that it cannot be repaired under warranty because it is a model made in the USA. There is a physically slightly different European S7 niche.
Is there anyone who would repair this phone or can he suggest whether it can be sent to a service center in China and exactly where - to fix it. Perhaps someone would be interested in buying such a tel.

The basic question is whether it is actually a version for the USA, then you will not have, for example, Polish in it, or is it a simple trip and then forget about any repairs because they put all the crap collected from many companies and models in the middle.

I called the authorized Samsung service center in Bielsko. After giving the serial number and IMEI number, I received such information - that it is a model for the US market. Some of the settings are written in Polish and some in English.

So you bought a fake and after the imei number, no one will remotely tell you what's inside. How much did this phone cost?

Yes, I know that it's better to buy in Poland, but my father bought it because his neighbor persuaded him I have to help him somehow. I'll try with this download. I understand that there is nothing to even think about repair in China.

3G may not work. EDGE and LTE should flicker.
Well, but LTE is not everywhere, so the connection can automatically switch to EDGE in most cases :(

Assuming that it is not a fake but the original equipment for the US market, what can I do in this case to at least repair this rear camera so that it can take good photos? Where can such a phone be sent back? And what documents should be presented?

But if a phone for the US market, there may be a problem with the warranty in Poland. Because you probably don't even have the original proof of purchase. There is always a local service, unless the camera module will be the same as in the European version.
