Samsung Galaxy S7 Range Issues: Signal Strength, AliExpress Imported Model, BTS Relay Proximity

A friend has a range problem, namely has a card from the play, has several other phones at home and lives very close to the BTS relay, and always has 5 strokes
But his S7 barely has 2 lines, and sometimes he totally loses range, even though he is standing in the same place
The phone was imported from China, but is intended for the European market (bought in aliexpress, from what he says)
The attempt to change the software did not help
