    Dear Sirs,

A few days ago, the damper actuator stopped responding to pressing the handle.
I saved for a while with an additional "pull" led outside, but it's time to fix it.
I checked the microstick in the handle - it works.
Microstyk in the bolt - lights up the light and control on the board.
    Cables in guides entire.
The actuator once worked, once it did not work.
I took the plug from the lock (3pin) and now it works every time.

    questions:
    1. Does anyone have a schematic of this electrician's trunk - why three pins in the bolt and why its disconnection "healed" the operation of the actuator?
    2. Why could not I open the lid with the key?
    3. Is it possible to replace the drive with the VW mark by inserting the insert? (in the meantime I broke off this small lever inadvertently)

This plug from the lock, inserts, launched the actuator?

No - this from the bolt / lock / latch, which physically holds the flap.

Only for information I will say that I had similarly with Golf IV estate. In my case, the lock did not react at the press of a button, sometimes it opened after a hand hit the button's area. After removing the button, cleaning and spraying with the "microswitch" preparation, the lock worked.

The owner of the car usually blames the blame for not locking the key because he uses the remote control every day. and the mechanism-insert of the lock therefore "stays" almost permanently. A proven way to do this is to periodically use the key to open the locks so that grease (factory) and "corrosion" do not block the lock insert. I "moved" the key with the help of WD-40, but you have to do it carefully so as not to break it.

The key works always - checked with a meter.

I can turn the lock, but it does not open the bolt.
After comparing my photo with the pictures on the internet - I am coming up with the idea that someone has already gouged and mis-assembled everything here and vice versa mounted the lever moving the bolt.
In the meantime, I managed to break it and wait for the castle ordered on the popular auction site. I will make a spacer and at least you will be able to mechanically unlock the lock as if it were something.
    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks!
