Amica ZIM 646 E Dishwasher - E1 Error, Water Not Draining: Possible Reasons and Damaged Parts

I have a problem with the dishwasher. After about a year of use, today an E1 error appeared - the dishwasher does not drain water. The hoses are new, the water pressure is correct and the tap is naturally open. After turning on the device, you can hear that the dishwasher is trying to start work, then after a few dozen seconds there is silence and after a few more minutes a sound signal appears.

I am asking for a suggestion, what may be the reason for not releasing the water and where the damaged part?

Probably a damaged pressure hose solenoid valve, but the dishwasher is under warranty?

Yes, that is, as I understand it, it is nothing that you can repair / clean yourself, etc., some small thing? Ok. Therefore, I will report to the warranty service.
