Hello. I see that it is not just me who sleeps this problem with my eyelids, I have been struggling with leaking injectors for several months. The whole adventure began with a slightly wet socket around the injection. After replacing the sealants the problem disappeared but unfortunately on a cold engine it started to tug and kick black. I decided that I made something during the assembly and went to a recommended diesel specialist. Fachura said that the injection is well mounted and would have to check on the machine that all the injectors have the correct fuel delivery parameters. And here it has already ceased to be ridiculous, allegedly all injections overflowed, hence the jerking and dark fumes, the cost of regeneration for him is 2 thousand zlotys. It's good that I did not agree and I took the injections out myself and took them for regeneration because I saved 800 zlotys. after mounting the injections, the discomforts have not disappeared, except for black exhaust fumes. The car tugged and walked badly. Fortunately, I cleaned the flowmeter that was a little sick with black muck and the jerking discomfort disappeared. So there was only the topic of leaking 4 injectors. It is true that this oil is not as much as in some predecessors, and once a week I wipe it with a rag it's not bad, but it annoys me and I want the reason to disappear. What I did to make it happen. Namely, first I replaced the gasket under the keyboard or how some of you write the valve cover. Unfortunately, it did not help. I bought a set of gaskets for the injectors. Which unfortunately did not help either. I also replaced the intake manifold gasket (intake) which unfortunately did not help, but I'm just happy about it because it was so chopped inside that there were already small gaps. The car after cleaning this special preparation for cleaning cough, etc. got more power. The last step was to dismantle and seal with silicone pins to which we fix the injector and unfortunately the problem is still there. I would like to emphasize that this is not much, but unfortunately, after 300 - 500 km there is a little bit of that oil there. My question at the end is whether you install a sealer (oring this black) in the cylinder heads, whether you sew on the injector in the right order, put in the injector slot and just tighten? I pulled out the old oring from the block I gave a new one and I just put in the injector, maybe here is my mistake. Please, describe how to mount it properly and write something about this slot milling, maybe I should do it yet, if yes, is it possible to do it yourself and where you can get such a cutter.

At the top of the injector, you have overflow pipes, disassemble and replace these small o-rings. Most likely, this is the cause of the wet injectors.
    Now, one by one:
In this engine, when there is nagar (krak) around the injection, sealers are replaced, the sockets are milled, additionally I personally take off the oil pan and clean the dragon of the oil pump + oil-filter change.
    Why:
The nagar around the injector is nothing but the exhaust gases that come out of the burned-out injection pads, getting into the oil as well, just storing the dragon.

We put the orings on the injection and put them in the injection slot together.
