    Hello forum members of "elektroda.pl"
For some time now, I have had a problem with launching video messengers such as Skype or Facebook on Windows 10.
I have two older PC webcams that still worked successfully on Windows 7 but Win 10 does not detect them, although I tried many drivers.
So I thought that I would replace the PC camera with an Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S6) and downloaded the "DroidCam" program on the PC and the other installed on the phone and the phone sends the image to the PC, but for example Skype I cannot make it work with this program because it cannot see it .
I will add that when installing the client of this application on a PC, the following message appears:
Warning: Video soruce 3 not installed
DroidCam - A phone with "DroidCam" app as a camera for Skype on PC
The application is downloaded from the manufacturer's website, I also tried older versions.
Maybe it is the fault of the new version of Skype because the "DroidCam" program should work with it.
Maybe some of you could try for yourself if this program will work with Skype, I would be very grateful.
Or maybe you know some other program for this purpose?
Many thanks in advance for any help.

Check the event viewer, maybe there are traces and information about errors from the installation.

I didn't find anything in the event viewer, but I checked it on another PC with Windows 7 (64) and it works.
I installed a new Windows 10 system but it still does not work, although the "Warning: Video soruce 3 not installed" error does not pop up during the installation
After the last new patch (KB4056892) in Windows 10 (1709) I noticed some problems in the system, for example my ASUS Maximus VII Ranger motherboard stopped working with "AI Suite III" but I found the beta version converted by users.
The animation in my "HTC Home" desktop watch which was running thanks to the "NET Framework" stopped working, is it possible that Microsoft blocked it?

I also have a problem with removing the remnants of the old Windows 10 system on another drive and I do not want to format it completely, I changed the "Windows" folder to "Windows.old" and I managed to get rid of it quite quickly, but I have a problem with two folders "Program Files "because I take full control over them and you can't remove them anyway. I already gave full permission to the group "Everyone" but when I try to delete it still gets a message that I need permission for the group "Everyone". Something is clearly misunderstanding.

I would be grateful for any idea of any problem.
    Thank you in advance.

OK with the "HTC Home" watch and its animation I have already managed.

You have several options regarding rights.
    - Remove permissions other than yours from the list.
    - Change drive letter and check again.
    - Check with another program (Unlocker, Total Commander etc).
    - Perform the above-mentioned in emergency mode.
