Struggling with Firmware Update on Huawei Ascend G620s-L01: Errors and Possible Fixes

The phone stutters, I did a factory reset, but nothing helps.
Currently I have uploaded the original Polkomtel branded soft.

I wanted to upload the original soft from Huawei:
G620S-L01 V100R001C22B243CUSTC22D00128 Polkomtel29
G620S-L0120V100R001C150B248CUSTPOLC150D005

I uploaded to SD card, I hold Vol +, Vol-, Power but the attempt fails:
oemsbl version list check error
Error: update.app is a invalid package
Error: Sd card update failure.Sd card update abort!

In turn, if I want to enter Fastboot & Rescue (Vol- and Power), I have PHONE Locked.
I don't need to unlock the bootloader to upload the original soft?
Can anything be done about it?

As far as I know, this message appears when we want to downgrade our android.
If we use the dload method, our UPDATE.APP file should be the same or a newer version.
