Hello. I have the Huawei model as above, the phone worked until suddenly when it turned off, it can not be turned on, it stands on the huawei inscription and goes no further. I didn't upload anything. I tried to resurrect the phone with power and vol + to do wipe data / factory reset, but unfortunately it didn't work, uploading a new software won't do anything either, because I can't do it because unfortunately fastboot & rescue mode is blocked, I write phone locked. Does anyone know what I can do in this situation? will unfortunately only the service will bring your phone back to life? Thank you very much for your answer.

Yes, everything is beautiful, but how do I unlock the bootloader? You need this code, the huawei website gives the phone model, imei, no. serial and product id, but to give the latter you need to enter the combinations * # * # 1357946 # * # * but how to do it on a dead phone where only the huawei logo is displayed what? Here is the dog buried, and if I do so on sd to dload I add this update, unfortunately it always ends in the same way that card sd invalid name etc. etc.

Download the firmware from the second link and upload the program.

Unfortunately, without unlocking the bootloader I will not do anything to do it, enter imei, S / N and product id only with this id there is a problem, how do I read the code as there is a need to enter the code in the phone it will display, but if I have it on the frozen phone log done, anyone had such a problem?

The factory firmware should upload without the need to unlock the bootloader.

    Good morning,

I also have Huawei Ascend G620S-L01-V100R001C00B242SP02. When I wanted to start it some time ago after quite a long time of inactivity, the phone did not want to charge and instead the screen showed a silver battery with a red lightning, plus the diode was flashing red (correct charging would be similar, although the diode should not flash and on the screen the battery charging animation was visible).

I changed the battery and got rid of the problem but the phone is still unable to start properly, after starting or connecting the charger it goes into FASTBOOT & RESCUE MODE, as in the photo below:

I tried to download various UPDATE.APP, which I then uploaded to a microSD card formatted earlier in the FAT32 system, somehow I even managed to run the recovery, unfortunately it was impossible to install the file from the card, because there was an error (I do not remember exactly, there is something missing)
I would like to try to fix the phone using the link provided in the post above, unfortunately I do not know the software well enough to know what to do, can anyone describe step by step how to upload the official soft?

    Regards.
