    Hello.
I have a request for help in identifying the DENSO SCV valve on the injection pump. The Z17DTH engine has valves labeled DCRS300120 or 294009-0120. For me, I saw the bottom of the channel number SM476, the rest is not visible. I found a valve on the net with this marking, but even its appearance and dimensions are completely different. I wonder if it can be the original from the new or it has been replaced or maybe even the entire pump.
I have a car from 2004 and the factory valves are said to have a defect, so I was going to replace it because of a fairly frequent problem with going out after firing or a slight wave of rotation in the first few seconds of work.
I am worried that it may not be an element intended for this engine, because I am also concerned about quite high fuel consumption without aggressive driving.
Maybe someone has knowledge in this topic, so please give me a tip. Best regards.

For now, I would like to know what I have installed, because maybe I will not have to replace anything.

I've already figured out what's going on (GM OPEL markings), but where does the SM476 mark on my valve come from?

And did you think about the problem with injections?

I do not want to move the injectors for now because the car does not smoke and drives normally.

I was able to take a picture of the pump in my car and it turns out that it is a pump for this engine, but this valve with a blue tip, number SM476, does not suit me either in appearance or in this number. I've looked through dozens of pictures of pumps and valves. I was only able to locate pictures of the valve itself and everything leads to Nissan, Toyota engines with capacities from 2.5 upwards.
    My pump number:
    8-97313862-2

I have the impression that I am driving with the wrong valve. Maybe someone met with such a case.
Meriva 1.7 CDTI Z17DTH: Identifying DENSO SCV Valve (DCRS300120, 294009-0120) & Fuel Issues

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around identifying the DENSO SCV valve (DCRS300120, 294009-0120) on the injection pump of a Meriva 1.7 CDTI Z17DTH engine. The user is concerned about the valve's compatibility and potential replacement due to issues such as engine stalling after starting and high fuel consumption. Responses indicate that the user has identified the pump as compatible but questions the suitability of the valve marked SM476, which appears to be associated with Nissan and Toyota engines rather than the Z17DTH. The user seeks confirmation on whether the installed valve is original or a replacement, and if it could be contributing to the vehicle's performance issues.
