At UMC they said that a software update is needed, the picture is snowing. I gave them the serial number, unfortunately they neither write back nor answer the phone.
A person from the UMC said during a phone call that 80% of the software needed to be updated. The "snowing" of the image is more visible in light colors. I guess I will not bother watching TV, but I will give it to the store, let them worry.
