Step 1. Allow Flash to run on the site
Look for an error containing the message "Click to enable the Adobe Flash Player plug-in" or find a message about downloading Flash. If you see these errors, it means that the site needs permission to use Flash.
Allow Flash to run only on trusted sites.
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- Open a movie or game page.
-Click the padlock icon Lock or information information on the left side of the web address.
-Click the Arrows arrows to the right of the "Flash" option.
-Select Always allow on this site.
- In the upper left corner, click Refresh Reload.
Step 2. Enable JavaScript
Some multimedia requires JavaScript. This is the case with YouTube videos, for example.
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- In the upper right corner, click More More and then Settings.
- At the bottom, click Advanced.
-In the "Privacy and security" section, click Content settings.
- Click JavaScript.
- Enable Allowed (recommended).
- Return to the movie page or the game. In the top left corner, click Refresh Reload.
Step 3. Check the extensions, plugins, cache and cookies
Sometimes Chrome Video extensions or specific information stored in the browser's cache or data can cause video and game issues.
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- In the upper right corner, click More More and then New incognito window.
-In the incognito window, open the movie or game page.
Step 4. Update Chrome (or reinstall if you have the latest)
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- In the upper right corner, click More More.
- Click Update Google Chrome. If you do not see this button, you have the latest version.
- Click Restart.
- Return to the movie page or the game. In the top left corner, click Refresh Reload.
Step 5. Reset Chrome settings
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- In the upper right corner, click More More and then Settings.
- At the bottom, click Advanced.
- In the "Reset" section, click Reset.
-Click Reset to confirm.
- Return to the movie page or the game. In the top left corner, click Refresh Reload.
Step 6. Update the plugins
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- on the bar enter chrome: // plugins / and see if all current ones are
